The Credit Union National Association is aware of phone calls, text messages and emails being made about Account De-activation, Account Status Alerts, Changes to Terms and Conditions and Irregular Activity. These emails and text messages ask that the customer call a number in order to have their account reactivated. Some may request that you leave callback information or provide your financial information directly. All of these messages are fraudulent. Please do not respond to these messages. HFCU would never solicit your personal identification information via email. If you did respond to such a solicitation, you should contact HFCU at 218-729-7733. |

If you sign up for eStatements you will automatically get put into a drawing for a $25 VISA gift card and if you sign up for them at either credit union locations you will receive a black all use tote bag. eStatements are the easier, safer, green and FREE way to receive your statements. Drop the paper trail today! You can sign up for eStatements through the online banking page; under the Member Service tab. Click on Sign up (message should say enrollment complete), then click on eStatements and accept the terms and conditions. |
